At itsN8fkr, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Print-On-Demand Clothing (All Apparel)

All clothing items sold on itsN8fkr.com are print-on-demand, meaning each item is made specifically for your order.

  • All apparel sales are final
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect selections

Exceptions (Damaged or Defective Items Only):
If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost

Merchandise (Including LEGO and Other Items)

For all non-apparel merchandise, including but not limited to LEGO products and collectibles:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition
    • In original packaging

Restocking Fee:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect due to an error by itsN8fkr or its partners

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photo evidence

We will provide a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Print-on-demand clothing (unless defective)
  • Used or worn merchandise
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items returned outside the stated return window

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error)
